Remedial Team

At Polar Glaze, customer satisfaction is the most important part of our service. In fact it is how we have become the successful Company we are today. We have a strong, loyal customer base which has been built on providing quality products and customer care. Selling windows is the easy part and can be done by any company or one man and a van, but giving a first class after-sales service is a lot harder to achieve, so we believe in not only selling windows but a service too.

We have a designated service van fitted out with replacement parts from handles to hinges and locks to screws, so if the need arises we are ready to respond. If you have any problems with any of our products please contact us straight away. Rectifying a problem sooner rather than later could prevent further damage.

Reporting a problem

Please ring 01202 631908 between Monday and Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm. Have your contract number to hand and a brief description of your problem. We will complete a remedial form which will be passed to the remedial team. A team will contact you for further details and
to make an appointment to visit. Timescale for non-emergency remedial work is 7 working days.
