Quality Control

Quality control is the most important part of the manufacturing process. Our trained factory staff carry out a minimum of 10 checks on each and every product throughout the production process in conjunction with our CE registration Mark, CE Polar1989. From the initial cutting process to the finished product, each individual bar of profile is identified with its own unique tag. Even our tape measures are calibrated and checked periodically to ensure accuracy is maintained.

10 point check

  • Cutting - checking each bar is the correct size
  • Welding - checking the joints are heat fused
  • Labelling - identifying each and process required
  • Groove - checking the corners are clean cut
  • Routing - checking bars that need handle preps
  • Assembly- by our skilled fabricators
  • Drainage - checking bars that need water drainage
  • Beading - cutting and securing beads
  • V-notching - checking bars that intersect with each other
  • Final inspection - measuring, cleaning and confirming style
