The Company
Polar Glaze is a small family run business set up by two local brothers, Paul and Peter Rogers, in 1989. After working for another company, they found that the industry was lacking the old fashioned values of honesty, reliability and service that were expected by customers. They decided to address this by establishing their own company and subsequently their unique service and method of doing business has placed them at the forefront of the local industry. Paul offers the personal touch by visiting every single customer individually, whilst Peter oversees manufacturing and production to ensure that their trademark standards of quality are maintained.
The Service
Polar Glaze believe that the customer has the right to make up their own mind, in their own time, in their own home - not put under pressure with false promises of a discount for signing up at the time. This usually turns out to be anything but!
Paul offers friendly expert advice at the appointment then your quotation will be posted to you. Should you wish to proceed with the work you simply call the office to advise us (no deposit is required). They will NOT call you to chase up quotations.
The Product
Polar Glaze only manufacture bespoke quality products using the highest quality 70mm sections and the latest window locks, which are guaranteed against forced entry by Saracen. The products are designed for 28mm glazed units as standard and are regulated by Fensa.
Beware that there are some double-glazing companies who do not manufacture themselves but buy in the cheapest trade frames available. These are far inferior in quality, strength and performance. These companies act as ‘middlemen’ and will sell their products at a similar price to ourselves.

After Sales
Polar Glaze are so confident of their products that they encourage their customers to inspect the craftsmanship without the installers present. They always allow a weeks approval before payment is due. Fensa are then notified within seven days of the installation and certificates applied for.
Guarantee
Polar Glaze offer their own personal guarantee and customers can be safe in the knowledge that they have a track record of nearly twenty years behind them. They also cover every customer with an insurance backed guarantee from QANW Services Ltd who are members of the General Insurance Standards Council.
